Cancellation / Prepayment

To secure your booking we require card details, some rates require a payment in advance and are non-refundable. We have a 48 hour free cancellation policy on non-refundable rates.

Children & beds

Subject to availability and room type we provide additional beds and cots for children under 12 and infants. Cots are free of charge and beds are £30 each this includes breakfast for your child.

Pets

All pets must be under the supervision of their owner. £20 per stay covers basic cleaning. In the event of damage to the room this will be charged on a case by case basis.

Cards Accepted

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.

• Due to the layout of the hotel, some bedrooms are not accessible by lift and do involve stairs. Please let us know in advance if you require an accessible room, or assistance with your luggage.

• We strongly recommend that you make reservations for the restaurant ahead of your stay as we can not guarantee availability.
• Due to our remote location, taxi bookings must be made in advance. We would be delighted to assist with these arrangements.
